Founded in London as Madlin + Maddison in 1951, the practice continued as a traditional partnership for over 60 years until, in June 2015, the partners decided to change the status of the practice to a limited liability partnership and at the same time to shorten the name to Madlins, by which name the practice was fairly universally known anyway.

From its roots in traditional Quantity Surveying, the Practice has expanded and adapted its services to respond to the ever changing and evolving property and construction market. Our principal activities now include the provision of Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Client’s Representative services, Cost Consultancy and Quantity Surveying services and Building Surveying.

Today, from their offices in London and Woking, Surrey, the Practice advises on the design, construction, repair, maintenance and refurbishment of all types of property located throughout mainland United Kingdom. A comprehensive range of capabilities and breadths of experience coupled with a strong commercial and managerial culture enables the Practice to adopt a prominent role in major projects.
